  • Returns are accepted within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
  • A return is only valid if:
    • You received the wrong product, or
    • The product was damaged upon arrival

To be eligible for a return, customers must provide an unboxing video clearly showing:

  1. The sealed package being opened
  2. The issue (wrong or damaged product)

Note: Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
