- Returns are accepted within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

- You received the wrong product, or
- The product was damaged upon arrival

To be eligible for a return, customers must provide an unboxing video clearly showing:
- The sealed package being opened
- The issue (wrong or damaged product)
Note: Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

- Include your order number, issue description, and the unboxing video.
- Once verified, we will arrange for return pickup or provide further instructions.
- After we receive and inspect the item, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7 business days.
